> 2 tbsp milled flax seeds

> 1 cup whole wheat flour/regular white flour

How-to:
> Take a mixing bowl and add the oil and sugar and mix them until melted
> Now add the egg and vanilla and whip the entire mix well
> Now take a separate bowl and add flax seeds and water and mix
> Now add it to the first bowl > Now add the flour, brewer’s yeast, cinnamon and salt and mix again

> Take a king-sized bowl and add oats, flour, yeast, flax seeds, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and whisk well.
> Now take a big grinder bowl and blend the butter and coconut oil on a moderate speed until creamy in texture

> Now add the egg and the yolk and beat and blend
